Similiar to the Playstation 3, the Playstation 4 ties your PSN store region to your PSN ID.
To change your PSN store region, you’ll need to create a new ID that is tied to that particular region.
For example, if you need to access apps or games from the USA PSN store, you’ll need to create a new PSN ID that is registered to the USA PSN store.
Please note that unlike the Xbox, you cannot change your PSN ID’s region once you’ve confirmed it.
To create a new PSN ID, please follow the instructions below:
1) Navigate to Sony’s registration page.
2) Enter your personal details however you like, but if you want to connect to a USA PSN store, please choose United States as your country.

3) Once you have registered your details, all you need to do is power up your Playstation console and enter your email and chosen password.
When the Playstation menu loads, you can access most geo-restricted apps by navigating to the PSN Store.
