This page will guide you through deleting our VPN on your Apple iOS device. You might want to do this if you have a manual L2TP or IKEv2 VPN connection but no longer wish to use our services.
If you have previously used the older version of our iOS app ( version 1.0.5 ) to install a VPN connection profile, you would need to remove that as well by referring to the link below:

To delete our VPN on your Apple iOS device, follow the steps below.
(These instructions are made using an iPad 2 with iOS 7, but the basic principals should apply to all versions of iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad.)
Step 1: Get Started
From the main screen, tap on Settings.
Step 2: VPN Settings
Tap on General and select VPN.
Tap on the blue ‘i’ icon beside your VPN name.
Note: On older versions of iOS, the icon should be a blue arrow.
Step 3: Deleting VPN
You should now be able to view the VPN settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on Delete VPN.
Congratulations! You’ve now successfully deleted the existing VPN configuration from your Apple device!
