Update: 27 May 2019, Monday
It’s the Golden State Warriors v. Toronto Raptors for the NBA finals! Starting from 30 May @ 21:00EDT, both teams will play in a best-of-seven game format which will last until 16 June for the seventh game (if that comes to be).
This year’s 2018-19 National Basketball Association will mark the 73rd season of the League since being founded in 1946. Considered to be the most prestigious men’s basketball league in the world, the NBA is contested by 30 of the best teams from the Eastern and Western Conferences through a 6-month regular season. After which, the best 16 teams will then advance to the playoffs to compete through a best-of-seven elimination tournament, all for a chance at this season’s prestigious Larry O’Brien NBA Championship Trophy.
The 2018-19 NBA’s 78-game preseason will begin 28 September and conclude on 12 October 2018. As usual, this is just a precursor to the main 1,230-game regular season which will commence on 16 October 2018 till 10 April 2019 and finally kicking off with the Playoffs on 13 April 2019 which ends on 27 May 2018. With the best teams from the Eastern and Western Conferences, the NBA Final showdown will be held from 30 May – 16 June 2018.
Live coverage will be available through most local providers worldwide with some offering free access to selected games. Here are the coverage breakdown for the different countries below:
