Removing DNS settings from your Linux machine

If you have set any custom DNS on your device such as our MyTelly Smart DNS addresses and wish to remove them, please follow the steps below:


  1. Click the Wireless or Ethernet logo and choose Edit Connections.
  2. Select your Wireless or Ethernet network if you’re computer is hardwired.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. In the network settings, select IPv4 Settings and set as below.
    Method: Automatic (DHCP) addresses only
    DNS Servers: Remove the DNS IPs set here.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Reboot your machine.
